Six Commitments We Make on Data

These are not marketing statements — they are binding operational practices reflected in our Terms of Service.

Publicly Sourced Business Data Only

Every record in our database is sourced exclusively from publicly available business registers, government directories, and licensed third-party data providers. We do not harvest private communications, consumer data, or any information that was not publicly disclosed by the business itself.

Business Contacts, Not Consumer Profiles

Our database contains business entity information — trading names, business phone numbers, business email addresses, physical business addresses, and publicly listed social profiles. We do not hold or sell personal consumer data, private individual profiles, or data obtained from social engineering.

Regular Verification & Removal

Records are cross-referenced against live business registers every 24 hours. Closed businesses, invalid contacts, and opt-out requests are removed from the active database automatically. We do not knowingly retain stale or inaccurate records.

Restricted Use Policy

Purchasers of our data agree in our Terms & Conditions to use it only for lawful B2B sales, marketing research, and business development. Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or any communication that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or the Australian Spam Act is strictly prohibited.

Opt-Out Respected

Any business or individual can request removal of their contact information from our database. We process all opt-out requests within 30 days and maintain a suppression list to prevent removed records from being re-added. See the opt-out section below.

Multi-Jurisdiction Compliance

Our data practices are designed to align with major international data protection frameworks including GDPR (EU/UK), CAN-SPAM (USA), CASL (Canada), and the Spam Act 2003 (Australia). We review our policies regularly as regulations evolve.

Public Business Registers

Government and official business registration databases publish trading names, addresses, and contact details as public record. This forms the foundation of our dataset.

Business Directories & Listings

Publicly accessible online business directories where businesses voluntarily list their contact information for the purpose of being found by customers and partners.

Licensed Third-Party Providers

We work with vetted data partners who aggregate and license publicly available business information in compliance with applicable data protection law.

What We Do NOT Do

We do not scrape private communications, purchase stolen data, harvest social media profiles without authorisation, or collect personal consumer information.

Our data practices are designed to align with major international frameworks. Purchasers are independently responsible for compliance in their jurisdiction.

GDPR
EU & UK

Business contact data is processed under legitimate interest (Recital 47). We maintain opt-out mechanisms and honour all data subject rights requests.

CAN-SPAM
United States

Our Terms require all purchasers to include opt-out mechanisms in commercial email and to honour opt-out requests within 10 business days.

CASL
Canada

Use of our data for commercial electronic messages must comply with CASL requirements. Purchasers are responsible for obtaining or relying on valid consent where required.

Spam Act 2003
Australia

Commercial messages using our data must include a functional unsubscribe mechanism and identify the sender clearly, as required under Australian law.

Opt-Out

Request Data Removal

Any business can request that their contact information be removed from our database and suppression list.

Email privacy@infiniteleadshub.com with the subject line "Data Removal Request". Include the business name and any contact details you want removed.

We verify and process

Our team will locate the matching records within our database and confirm the removal within 30 days of receiving your request.

Added to suppression list

Removed records are added to a permanent suppression list to prevent them from being re-imported or re-published in future database refreshes.
