All Sales Are Final

  • InfiniteLeadsHub provides digital services and custom data solutions tailored to individual client needs. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final once a dataset or service has been delivered.
  • Once the service is purchased and delivered, it is considered complete and non-refundable. This policy exists because digital data is immediately accessible and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
  • By completing a purchase on InfiniteLeadsHub, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions & Technical Issues

  • If there are any technical issues preventing you from accessing or downloading your purchased dataset, please contact our support team immediately.
  • If the delivered service does not match the agreed-upon scope or product description at the time of purchase, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
  • In the event of a verified delivery failure on our part — such as a corrupted file, incomplete dataset, or system error — a replacement or account credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date to be considered for resolution.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is under review.
  • If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through applicable legal channels.
